Q: Are your products ready-made or made to order?

A: All I AM A WOMEN™ products are made to order. This allows us to create each piece with care while reducing waste.

 


Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

 


Q: Will the product look exactly like the photos?

A: We do our best to display colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric characteristics.

 


Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

 


Q: How long does shipping take?

A:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • USA delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping

  • Canada delivery: 5–10 business days after shipping

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

 


Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

 


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 


Payments & Orders

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept secure payments through Shopify’s supported payment methods, including major credit and debit cards.

 


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
