Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on iamawomen.com are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it.
For size-related issues or preference changes, a new order must be placed.
